NOTICE REGARDING THIRD PARTY RE-SELLER TICKETS:

Tickets purchased from third-party sellers are not guaranteed to be legitimate, and we want to protect our patrons from potential fraud. We strongly encourage everyone to purchase their tickets directly through our official website. Our ticketing platform has started to cancel, reverse and refund any tickets they deem suspicious by a third-party reseller or non-legitimate source. If that happens, and you happen to have purchased your ticket from an unknown source, your ticket will not be valid or accepted when you arrive at the venue.

Eventbrite Policy

As part of our mission to ensure Eventbrite is a safe marketplace for event organizers and their attendees, we regularly review transactions to check for potential fraudulent activity. During a recent review, we found suspicious transaction(s) for XYZ. Our Trust and Safety team reversed the charge(s) and cancelled the order(s) in accordance with our policy (14.3 Refunds, Section B).

All tickets associated with any fraudulent orders are no longer valid.
